Workshop overview
Interactive techniques applied to adult learning have been used for decades in training, classrooms and many other contexts. Thiagi is one of the founding pillars who paved the way for their most optimal use. Having designed programs for businesses and non-profit organizations in over 25 countries over the past 40 years, Thiagi has mastered the art of training trainers. The workshops below will help you develop your own mastery of these powerful and proven techniques. Join us for one, or two, of the following programs.

Workshop #1: Boost your effectiveness in adult training 🎉
Duration: 2 days (March 27 to 28, 2024)
This two-day workshop practices what it preaches. It helps you design and facilitate over 20 different types of effective training games, simulation games and interactive activities. Based on 30 years of field research, these design tools and formats enable you to create better training, faster and cheaper. You'll then have access to a wealth of web pages containing countless other games, activities and facilitation tips.
Workshop #2: Master Class - advanced level ⭐️
Duration: 1 day (March 29, 2024)
This one-day workshop is designed for participants who have already taken part in training courses run by Thiagi, the Thiagi Group or Nathalie Jacquemin. It is particularly useful and beneficial for participants with experience in designing and facilitating games and activities.
The workshop is divided into three parts: New games and activities, Advanced themes, Facilitation and feedback on games designed by participants.
